An important part of the work is to encourage and motivate residents to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and fulfilling leisure time. Your responsibilities also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours are during daytime, evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts. You will have a group manager who shares their time working in the service. This could also be a future career opportunity for you.
