As a residential assistant at the Swedish Migration Agency, you play a crucial role in people's everyday lives. You become a trusted point of contact for individuals going through a time of change and uncertainty. Together with your colleagues, you create professional interactions, a safe living environment, and functioning logistics. Your Mission: Security, Logistics and Service As a residential assistant, you have a dynamic and varied day where no two days are the same. Your main tasks include: Support and guidance: Provide service, information and support to residents and handle situations that arise in daily life. Create community: Coordinate and plan activities for asylum seekers. Operations and logistics: Inspect accommodations, equip rooms and apartments to the right standard, handle maintenance requests and plan for efficient use of facilities. Administration and transport: Handle documentation regarding accommodation and carry out transportation between different accommodations and offices. Who Are You? As a civil servant, you have sound judgment and great awareness of security and confidentiality. Your Qualifications Education: Completed upper secondary education Languages: Good communicative skills where you express yourself well in speech and writing in both Swedish and English. IT: Good knowledge of the Office package. Driver's License: Category B driver's license (required as travel is part of the position). It is a plus if you have: Experience in service, professional interactions or work with people in vulnerable situations. Experience in dynamic security work. Academic education (minimum 120 credits) in law, social sciences or behavioral sciences Employment Type: Permanent employment with probation period and temporary assignment. Working Hours: Scheduled working hours, day, evening and weekends. Placement: Boden Start Date: As soon as possible or by agreement.
