Then you could be the person we are looking for at Klippan. Klippan is a group home consisting of four apartments located in Kristineberg in Oskarshamn. Klippan is an operation with comprehensive care services requiring individually adapted support. The role demands that you are confident in your professional role and have a solid foundation in care work. You need to feel comfortable taking responsibility and be able to make professional assessments in daily work, as you will be working with people who have significant and varied support needs. The work tasks include, among other things: • Personal care and hygiene • Mobility assistance • Support with meals and food intake • Tube feeding • Medication administration according to delegation • Planning and implementation of daily activities • Documentation and administrative tasks Together with colleagues, you work to create a safe, meaningful, and individually adapted everyday life for the residents. The work is conducted according to basic hygiene routines and a professional approach. Collaboration with other units may occur, and work in more than one operation is included in the position. Working hours are scheduled during daytime, evening, and weekends. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are trained as a care assistant or nursing assistant, or alternatively have another education that the employer considers equivalent. It is an advantage if you have: • Training as a support pedagogue • Experience with similar work in care operations • Training or experience in Sign Supported Swedish (TSS) and Sign Language Communication (TP) • Knowledge of low-arousal approaches • Experience working in a politically governed organization • Good knowledge of the Office package • Experience with documentation according to current procedures To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you are calm, confident, and have good self-awareness. You have the ability to adapt to the operation's needs as well as work independently and take responsibility for your tasks. Since you will be part of a small work team, it is necessary that you have good collaboration skills and want to contribute to a positive work environment with your colleagues.
