About Us Would you like to work at a preschool where your voice truly matters? Dagishaket is a well-established employee cooperative with two classrooms for children ages 1–6 years. We have a strong "team spirit" here. We work closely together across classroom boundaries, which creates a safe daily environment for the children and wonderful engagement for us adults. Our team consists of a stable and experienced group of childcare workers and preschool teachers who support each other in everything. We also have our own chef who prepares all meals on-site. Now we're looking for someone who wants to grow and develop with us! Your Role As a preschool teacher with us, you hold overall pedagogical responsibility, but you're never alone. Because we're a small and close-knit cooperative, we help each other in our daily work. You plan, lead, and document pedagogical activities according to Lpfö 18, rev 2025. You're responsible for the pedagogical groups, which we organize by the children's ages to best meet their needs. You actively collaborate with colleagues across both classrooms to create continuity in the children's day. You maintain a close and trusting dialogue with our engaged families.
