Linn, one of our employees, shares her experience: What the job actually entails: You stand at the blackjack table, deal the cards, keep track of the game, and make sure everyone is having a good time. You set the mood. One evening you might have a table full of women celebrating a bachelorette party, the next night a company at their Christmas party, and then a fun group out on an afterwork. You're the face of the operation – warm, clear, professional. And no, you don't need to know anything about cards or games. All that's required is that you're social, calm under pressure, and actually enjoy meeting people. You'll learn the rest through Cherry's internal training, which is completely free.
