We are expanding in Halmstad and Falkenberg and are looking for you to work part-time as a blackjack dealer at bars, restaurants, and nightclubs. This role is perfect for you if you thrive in social environments, enjoy meeting people, and are comfortable with responsibility and clear rules.
As a dealer, you are our face with our partners. You create atmosphere, confidence, and gaming excitement for our guests, while ensuring the game is conducted correctly and professionally.
About the Role
Working as a dealer with us means you:
take responsibility for the blackjack table and game execution
meet guests in a professional, clear, and service-oriented manner
create a positive and safe atmosphere even in high-pace environments
work independently while representing a strong and established brand
Work is scheduled for evenings and nights, primarily Fridays and Saturdays. Opportunities for additional shifts on weekdays are available, especially during summer.

Previous experience is not required. We provide internal dealer training—what matters is your personality, attitude, and commitment to doing a great job. Minimum age 18.
What Do We Offer?
Free dealer training
Flexible extra work that fits well alongside studies or other work
Minimum four weekend evenings per month (approximately 20 hours), with opportunities for additional shifts
Ability to take the job with you if you relocate
Wages according to collective agreement

Compensation:
Starting wage from 161 kr/hour, depending on relevant experience
Overtime pay, commission, and vacation allowance
Pension-qualifying salary
