In home care in central Landvetter, you'll meet people in their everyday lives and contribute to security, independence, and quality of life. First and foremost, we are looking for someone trained as a nursing assistant, and secondly we are looking for someone who is not yet trained but is open to becoming so and is otherwise suitable for work in healthcare. We are seeking two caregivers/nursing assistants for our unit in central Landvetter. Your task with us is to provide our clients with safe and good care, support in daily life, and stimulating leisure activities. Your main duties will include supporting clients in their homes with daily hygiene, social interaction, activities, accompaniment to doctor's appointments/community visits, and certain health and medical services based on each client's individual needs. Your work also includes everyday tasks such as cleaning, meal support, laundry, and more. You will work day/evening shifts and every other weekend. Co-Planning Härryda Municipality works to increase base staffing and reduce the need for temporary positions. Co-planning means you have a home unit but can also work shifts at other facilities within the municipality when needed. The goal is to ensure continuity and safe care for clients, while you as an employee gain variety, broader experience, and opportunities for professional development. Training is provided so you feel confident.
