About the Position We are looking for a positive and engaged employee with experience in dementia care for night shifts at our dementia residence for a 3-month temporary position. As an employee with us, you work to create security, care, and good quality of life for our residents during the night hours. We expect you to: -Provide respectful and person-centered treatment to people with dementia. -Perform care services based on individual needs and care plans. -Contribute to a calm and secure environment at night. -Work independently while collaborating with colleagues and other professionals. -Document and report according to applicable procedures. -Have the ability to handle unforeseen situations with calmness and good judgment. QUALIFICATIONS It is important that you have good computer skills and speak and write Swedish well. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. Employment Type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: Start date: Immediate, fixed-term employment for 3 months.
