About the position The Pediatric Intermediate Care Unit (BIMA) provides highly specialized care for children with complex care needs and is an important part of Pediatric-PMI's operations. The position combines clinical work as a specialist nurse with an assignment as an Assistant University Nurse with focus on clinical pedagogy, mentoring, and supervision. The assignment includes supporting colleagues' competency development through mentoring and educational initiatives, as well as contributing to the implementation of current knowledge in the unit. You will be an important resource in work with orientation, mentoring, and development of learning environments for both staff and students. You are also expected to contribute to the unit's development and improvement work and ensure that research and evidence-based knowledge are applied in clinical practice. Qualifications Requirements: - licensed nurse with specialist education in intensive care or pediatric nursing - at least 5 years of clinical experience - clinical expert knowledge and a defined area of care responsibility and expertise - Master's degree - supervisor training 7.5 hp and/or nursing pedagogy 7.5 hp Being an Assistant University Nurse means you have real and formal competence according to step 5 in the competency steps within Region Stockholm.
