We are seeking an experienced school leader who wants to take significant responsibility for developing our operations. This is an assignment for someone who wants to use their experience in a broader context and help shape the development of preschool and primary school. Your Assignment As Assistant Department Manager, you will be part of the leadership of preschool and primary school and will have substantial responsibility for the development, monitoring, and management of operations. You will work closely with the Department Manager and have an active role in both strategic and operational matters. You will contribute to translating national reforms, political objectives, and strategic decisions into improvements that are visible in operations. Through analysis, monitoring, and collaboration, you will help create conditions for high quality, equity, and good goal attainment. Your assignment includes: driving and coordinating development and change initiatives translating national reforms and political objectives into operational development analyzing results and identifying development areas contributing to operational planning, budgeting, and monitoring developing and strengthening systematic quality work collaborating with rectors, managers, union representatives, and other partners representing operations in internal and external contexts holding personnel, budget, and work environment responsibility Your Experience We are seeking someone with solid background in the school system and experience leading development in complex organizations. We expect you to have: relevant academic education completed state rector training multi-year experience as a rector sound knowledge of operations management, mandate, and regulations experience with systematic quality work, operational monitoring, and analysis experience leading development and change initiatives It is a merit if you have experience managing other managers.
