Bistro Royal is seeking a head waiter for our restaurant at Malmö Central Station. You need to have several years of experience in the restaurant industry and be able to coordinate work with your assistant. Your Profile: * You have a contagious smile and a genuine interest in ensuring our guests receive the best possible service. * You have a talent for gaining overview and the ability to keep your composure in stressful situations. * You have a positive attitude toward guests and colleagues. * Previous experience in the restaurant industry is a plus. As a waiter/waitress, you are the face of our restaurant and work constantly to provide our guests with superb service and a great overall experience during their visit with us. Responsibilities: * Take orders and be responsible for serving food and beverages, as well as processing payments. * Clear tables and set them up for the next guests. * Refill items and perform light cleaning in the restaurant. * Receive table reservations. * Actively contribute to creating and maintaining effective cooperation and a good atmosphere among colleagues.
