Tumbo Husvagnar AB is a family-owned company with approximately 70 employees. We are located in Tumbo, 15 km from Eskilstuna and 35 km from Västerås. Our business involves the sale of caravans and motorhomes, both new and used. We operate a large and functional workshop spanning 3,000 m² with 36 service bays and our own paint shop with a large paint booth. We are an authorized Fiat Professional service center. Our total operation covers approximately 12,000 m². We are now seeking an Auto Shop Administrator to manage our automotive workshop. As an Auto Shop Administrator, you will play a central role in our daily operations and serve as the link between our customers, mechanics, and Fiat Professional. You will be responsible for scheduling customer appointments, planning and allocating work in the workshop, and monitoring ongoing projects. The position also includes handling warranty claims, spare parts, orders, and inventory management. We believe you have experience from the automotive industry and a good technical understanding. Perhaps you currently work as a mechanic but want to leave the shop floor and take a step toward a more leadership and administrative role? Your technical experience would be a significant asset. You are self-driven, well-organized, and service-oriented, and you thrive with juggling multiple tasks. You communicate easily with both customers and colleagues and can prioritize and make decisions even when the pace is fast.
