We believe that you who are applying are technically skilled, communicative, and naturally take pride in your professional work. As a car mechanic with us, you should have a good business sense and understand the importance of putting the customer and service first. You will work closely with customers and therefore need the ability to build long-term customer relationships. The position involves service, repairs, and troubleshooting on passenger cars and light commercial vehicles of most brands. You are flexible and structured in your work while being responsible and seeing challenges as a natural step in your career. You are socially outgoing, have the ability to collaborate, and can work under time pressure. You learn new instructions easily and we consider it self-evident that you have a strong interest in cars and a sense for service. A minimum B driving license is a requirement. This is a full-time position. We apply a six-month probationary period followed by permanent employment and individual salary setting. Selection and interviews take place on an ongoing basis.
