Bilsmidigt is now seeking an engaged and business-driven car buyer for our team in Upplands Väsby. With us, you'll be responsible for finding, evaluating, and purchasing the right cars at the right price. You'll work with a combination of incoming inquiries and actively sourced purchases. By identifying the right cars, building relationships, and negotiating great deals, you'll become a key person in our continued growth. Compensation consists of a fixed salary and commission, which means you have excellent opportunities to influence your salary through your performance. About Bilsmidigt Bilsmidigt is a fast-growing digital car dealer that sells used cars throughout Sweden. Our customers can complete the entire car purchase online and have the car delivered directly to their home. About the Role As a car buyer, you'll be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and purchasing cars from private individuals, companies, and other business partners. You'll work in a results-driven role where you daily analyze the market, negotiate, and complete car deals. This role suits you if you enjoy creating results, making your own decisions, and are motivated by making really good deals. Responsibilities You'll work with, among other things: Work toward clear targets and margin requirements Develop and improve our purchasing processes Monitor the market and analyze price trends Evaluate cars and place competitive bids Collaborate with logistics, service, and sales Purchase cars with focus on profitability and quality Identify attractive cars from various purchasing channels Negotiate with private individuals, companies, and business partners We're Looking for You Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written Valid B-category driver's license for manual transmission Driven, goal-oriented, and results-focused Structured and comfortable working at a high pace Confident in negotiations and enjoy creating value Good analytical skills and business-oriented thinking Good computer skills and comfortable with digital systems Strong business sense and enjoy making good deals Previous experience in the automotive industry, purchasing, sales, or similar is a merit but not required.
