About the Job As an auto parts sales associate with us, you'll have an important role in the daily operations of our workshop in Uppsala. You ensure that the right parts are in the right place at the right time and help both our technicians and external customers find the right solutions. As an auto parts sales associate with us, you're responsible for both handling and selling auto parts – both new and used. Your day-to-day work will be varied, ranging from orders and deliveries to customer contact and collaboration with workshop staff. You'll become part of a thoughtful and tightly-knit team that always looks out for each other and strives to have fun at work. Your Responsibilities Sales and handling of auto parts, internal and external Inventory management and article administration in the business system Return handling Invoicing, warranty processing, and supplier contact Contribute to a pleasant work environment, structure, and good workplace culture Who Are You? You're solution-oriented and thrive in a role where you combine hands-on work with administration, customer contact, and sales. You're confident in both practical and administrative tasks and don't hesitate to step in where needed. As a person, we value that you're positive, goal-oriented, and see opportunities rather than obstacles. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a tightly-knit team. We'd like to see that you have: Experience in auto parts handling or similar tasks Experience as a Service Advisor or estimating jobs is a plus Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. English and additional languages are a plus. Good computer skills and experience with business systems B-class driver's license Other Information You'll work at our workshop in Uppsala. This is a full-time position with an initial probationary period of 6 months. Start date by agreement.
