The Service Center is the first thing our customers encounter when they come into our premises at Bilbolaget. We therefore place great importance on all our customers—whether calling or visiting—being met in a friendly and professional manner. Your role with us will therefore be incredibly important, as satisfied customers are the best we know!
Work Tasks
As a Service Center staff member, your days will be varied and fast-paced. Examples of common work tasks include:
Selling spare parts over the counter for Volvo, Ford, Renault & Dacia to both private and business customers
Answering emails and phone calls regarding spare parts sales and general inquiries such as Volvo on Call and Carpay card/app
Goods receipt and handling of car parts
Greeting customers who come to Bilbolaget & directing them to the appropriate department
We're looking for someone who is positive, open, organized, and sales-oriented—someone who enjoys contacting customers and understands the importance of making a good impression. Communication skills and quality awareness are essential to succeed with us. You have good computer skills and strong knowledge of the Office suite, and you are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. We'd appreciate it if you have previous experience from the automotive industry, but it's not a requirement for the position.
