Bravida Säkerhet AB is seeking a BID Manager in Stockholm or Gothenburg Do you want to drive business forward and be part of winning our most important deals? About the Role As a BID Manager at Bravida Säkerhet, you play a central role in driving, coordinating, and quality-assuring our bidding processes. You work closely with the business and serve as a key player in developing competitive offers and creating profitable deals. You are responsible for the entire bidding process – from initial analysis to completed bid – and ensure that we deliver professional, business-oriented bids of high quality. Your main areas of responsibility: Lead and coordinate bidding processes in close collaboration with sales, technical, and production teams Ensure structure, quality, and timeline in the bidding work Analyze request documentation and identify business opportunities and risks Develop and quality-assure bid documentation Support the organization in business and bidding strategies Contribute to the development of working methods, templates, and processes within BID Participate in the handover from bid to project implementation We are Looking for You Have experience working with bids, customer development, business development, or project management Have a good understanding of business, economics, and risk assessment Are structured, analytical, and have a strong ability to drive processes forward Are communicative and work well in collaboration across different functions Have a business-minded approach and are driven by creating results Experience from installation, technical, or security industries is a plus You are solution-oriented, thorough, and thrive in a role where you can combine structure with business acumen. You have the ability to manage multiple parallel processes and are motivated by contributing to winning deals. The role may be placed within a security-protected assignment, which means that a background check may be conducted before employment.
