Ref: 20250605 Duties The position involves: Planning and implementing KOLL – anti-racism training for Ung i sommar Joining the team for KRUT/Jardin Networking work Working with target groups with a focus on participation Developing activities at KRUT/Jardin together with our users and creating a safe and creative meeting place Budget work Meeting Malmö residents in other library activities Qualifications We are looking for someone with: At least 3 years of upper secondary education Knowledge of racism and anti-racism through studies and/or practical experience Education/practical experience in educational work with youth Experience in anti-discrimination work Experience in initiating, planning and driving development work Experience meeting people in service or other outreach activities Good Swedish and English in speech and writing It is advantageous if you have: Experience working with participation Experience in networking Knowledge of social organizing Other languages besides Swedish and English, particularly one of Malmö's major languages Class B driver's license As a person, you are independent, collaborative, structured and reflective. About the Workplace Krut is a place where young people can meet in creative and storytelling activities to open up new worlds, possibilities and dreams. You'll find KRUT on the 3rd floor of Ljusets kalender at Stadsbiblioteket. KRUT is located across from our second youth space called Jardin. Krut works with co-creation and hands-on learning in close collaboration with young people, associations and other partners. Our hope is that Krut creates meetings between people with different backgrounds, conditions and life situations. We build Krut together with young people and others who work with youth in the city, and we want the activities going forward to continue to be shaped through collaboration. Jardin is a place focused on reading for young people. You'll find Jardin on the 3rd floor of Ljusets kalender at Stadsbiblioteket. Jardin is located across from our second youth space called Krut. Jardin is the hub for our reading promotion work for young people and young adults 14–30 years. Here you'll find all literature for young people as well as different types of seating areas, designed so young people have a cozy place for reading and quiet socializing in small groups. Stadsbiblioteket's arrangements focused on literature for young people are based at Jardin. Malmö city's operations are organized in 14 departments.
