We are now looking for concrete workers for an exciting assignment at a growing company just outside Vara. Here you get the chance to become part of a stable operation with good prospects for the future and a strong order backlog.
About the Position
Our client is a leading player in the concrete industry and manufactures modern, sustainable prefabricated concrete elements used in construction projects throughout Sweden. To meet increasing demand, they are now seeking more dedicated employees for production.
As a concrete worker, you become an important part of the team and work with the manufacturing of concrete elements from start to finished product.
Planned start date for the position is after the summer, around mid-August.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will work with, among other things:
Form setting, reinforcement and casting according to drawings
Quality controls to ensure that products meet high standards
Post-processing and finishing of concrete elements
Collaboration with colleagues to ensure an efficient production flow
We are Looking for You Who
Have experience from practical work, for example as a fitter, mechanic, industrial worker, construction worker or similar
Are thorough, responsible and have a strong focus on safety
Thrive with physical work and have good work ethics
Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Are a team player who contributes to a positive work environment
Merits
Experience with concrete work or prefab production
Familiarity with reading and understanding drawings
Forklift certification and/or overhead crane certification
