About the Position

What the Role Involves
As a concrete worker, you work with the entire process – from preparation to finished construction. You collaborate closely with colleagues while taking significant personal responsibility for your work.
Your work tasks include, among other things:
* Preparation of forms and casting surfaces
* Reinforcement and assembly according to drawings and work descriptions
* Casting and vibrating concrete
* Post-processing such as leveling, grinding, and finishing
* Control measurement and quality assurance against drawings
* Planning and coordination of work tasks together with the team
* Responsibility for tools, equipment, and materials
* Active work according to safety and environmental procedures
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a practical background in precast/concrete work and who thrives in a role where precision and quality are critical.
To succeed in the role, we see that you:
* Have experience with concrete work, casting, reinforcement, and formwork
* Have a good understanding of drawings and construction technical instructions
* Are accustomed to physical work and enjoy an active work environment
* Hold a B driver's license
* Speak and write Swedish or English fluently
It is advantageous if you have education in construction/civil engineering or equivalent experience.
As a person, you are responsible, solution-oriented, and have good collaboration skills. You contribute with a positive attitude and always prioritize safety and quality.
The Employment
Full-time, fixed-term position for 6 months with good opportunities for extension
Working hours: Day shifts, Monday–Friday with some flexibility to facilitate your daily schedule
Collective agreement, occupational pension, and insurance according to current terms
