Concrete Worker With a 7,000 Kč recruitment bonus after probation period Become part of the production team at MabaPrefa and participate in the manufacturing of concrete prefabricated elements. We are looking for a reliable colleague who enjoys working, learning new skills, and becoming an important part of a stable company. What will your work involve? • Manufacturing concrete prefabricated elements according to production documentation • Working with concrete and steel (cutting, tensioning, bending) • Adhering to technological procedures and production quality standards What do we expect from you? • Reliability, independence, and attention to detail • Responsible approach to work • Basic understanding of construction documentation (an advantage) • Experience working with concrete or steel (advantageous, not required) If you don't have experience yet, we're happy to train you and teach you everything necessary.
