Your Responsibilities As a planner, you work on designing and developing electrical distribution networks within the local grid (0.4–24 kV). You create the conditions for safe and efficient project execution and become a central link between engineering, project management, and field operations. You will, among other things: Design overhead networks, underground cable networks, and substations Develop technical solutions and perform network calculations Work with economic estimates and provide information for quotes and tenders Communicate with landowners, customers, authorities, and internal functions Responsible for documentation, follow-up, and quality assurance You'll be part of an inclusive and supportive team where knowledge is shared and collaboration is key. Work takes place both at the office and in the field, in close collaboration with project managers, service managers, and technicians. This gives you a varied workday with both technical and social aspects. Qualification Requirements To thrive in this role, we see that you appreciate working both independently and with others, and that you contribute to a positive work environment. You are thorough, organized, and feel confident taking responsibility for your tasks. We know you'll develop with us. But we'd like to see that you already have: Electrical engineering education or equivalent work experience Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Class B driver's license Experience using digital tools and an interest in technology It's advantageous if you also have: Experience working with overhead networks, underground cable networks, and substations Experience as a planner or distribution electrician Knowledge in EBR, design, estimation, or tender work Experience in contract management and construction law Basic English language skills Additional Information What We Offer After several decades in the energy industry, we know that our employees are our most important and valuable asset.
