JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a staffing scheduler, you plan the daily work in home care services. Your responsibilities include:
• Work continuously in the Lifecare management system.
• Register new service users and update existing cases in Lifecare based on decisions from care coordinators, ensuring planning always reflects the latest changes.
• Participate in daily resource allocation together with colleagues to ensure staffing aligns with home care's planned services.
• Staffing budget management - involves forecasting needs, managing changes, and planning based on both operational and personnel conditions while ensuring the service always has the right competencies available.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who takes responsibility, is flexible, and has a service-oriented approach. With a positive attitude and strong ability to work in a structured and independent manner, you handle periods of high workload well.
The work involves close collaboration with both colleagues and unit managers, which requires good teamwork and clear communication skills.
Requirements:
• B-class driving license
• High school diploma
Desirable:
• Previous experience with similar tasks and planning work.
• Previous experience with Lifecare, Visma, Phoniro, or similar programs.

The position requires excellent computer skills and very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday.
