Staffing Coordinator Wanted for Our National On-Call Service Outside Regular Office Hours!

Do you want to be an important piece of the puzzle at one of the Nordic region's largest staffing and recruitment companies? We are now looking for a dedicated staffing coordinator who wants to work evenings/nights/weekends on StudentConsulting's national on-call service with placement in Borlänge. In your role as a staffing coordinator, you will be responsible for handling orders and sick leave reports outside office hours from our clients/consultants, as well as quickly booking the right person for the client. You will work with, among other things: - Receiving sick leave notifications from consultants - Taking calls from clients regarding booking of consultants - Administration of consultants/clients - Scheduling Working hours are Mon-Fri 5 PM-8 AM, Sat 9:30 AM-9:30 AM, and Sun 9:30 AM-10 PM/10 PM-9:30 AM. You should be able to work at least one shift per week. During this time, you will have an "on-call" duty from your home and be available when our clients or consultants need your help. Introduction will take place at our office in Borlänge. We have a long-term need for the position and we would like to see that you have a few years left in your studies (at least 1.5 years remaining) and can also imagine a future in the staffing industry.
