Staffing Coordinator Needed for Our National On-Call Service Outside Regular Office Hours!

Do you want to become an important piece of the puzzle at one of the Nordic region's largest staffing and recruitment companies? We are now looking for a dedicated staffing coordinator who wants to work evenings/nights/weekends on StudentConsulting's national on-call service with placement in Borås. In your role as staffing coordinator, you will be responsible for handling orders and sick leave notifications outside regular office hours from our customers/consultants, and quickly booking the right person for the customer. You will work with tasks including: - Receiving sick leave notifications from consultants - Receiving calls from customers regarding consultant bookings - Administration for consultants/customers - Scheduling Working hours are Mon-Fri 5 PM-8 AM, Sat 9:30 AM-9:30 AM, and Sun 9:30 AM-10 PM/10 PM-9:30 AM. You should be able to work at least one shift per week. During this time, you will be on "standby on-call" from your home and be available when our customers or consultants need your help. Training will take place at our office in central Borås. To be suitable for this position, you must be studying at a college or university and have the ability to work approximately 16 hours per week. We have a long-term need for this position and would prefer that you have a few more years of your studies ahead (at least 1.5 years remaining) and can also imagine a future in the staffing industry.
