Staffing Coordinator Needed for Our National After-Hours On-Call Service!

Would you like to become an important part of one of the Nordic region's largest staffing and recruitment companies? We are now seeking an engaged staffing coordinator who wants to work evenings/nights/weekends on StudentConsulting's national on-call service with placement in Malmö! In your role as a staffing coordinator, you will be responsible for handling orders and sick leave reports outside office hours from our customers/consultants, as well as quickly booking the right person for the customer. You will work with: - Receiving sick leave notifications from consultants - Receiving calls from customers regarding consultant bookings - Administration for consultants/customers - Scheduling Working hours are Mon-Fri 5 PM-8 AM, Sat 9:30 AM-9:30 AM, and Sun 9:30 AM-10 PM/10 PM-9:30 AM. You must be able to work at least one shift per week. During this time, you will have an "on-call" shift from your home and be available when our customers or consultants need your help. Introduction will take place at our office in central Malmö. We have a long-term need for the position and would prefer that you have a few years left of your studies (at least 1.5 years remaining) and could also consider a future in the staffing industry.
