Are you a structured and service-oriented person with a passion for creating long-term relationships and ensuring that the right person ends up in the right place? We are now looking for a Staffing Coordinator at Veterankraft who wants to help drive our operations in our local business area in Växjö/Kronoberg.
As one of Sweden's leading providers of household-related services, we are growing, and to continue delivering high-quality services, we need you who are passionate about creating order, efficiency, and satisfied customers in everyday life. The role of staffing coordinator is central to our operations – you become the link between our customers and our employees, and your work determines how well we succeed in matching the right skills with the right assignment.

Your main responsibilities will therefore include:
Plan and distribute customer assignments based on veterans' skills and availability
Advertise and conduct reference interviews when recruiting new veterans
Build and expand the Veteran Database through recruitment and hiring
Conduct orientation and training of new veterans

You have good system skills and enjoy a role where phone contact with customers and employees is an important part of your daily work. If you have previous experience from household or cleaning services, that is a merit.
To summarize, we see that you:
Have experience in recruitment, staffing, or administration, preferably accounting, bookkeeping, customer and supplier reconciliation.
Have higher education, preferably in HR, personnel science, economics, or equivalent.
