Description
Filipstad Municipality has a Staffing and Scheduling Center organized under the HR department. At the Staffing Center, we work with recruiting short-term temporary staff and managing the staffing process for all departments within the municipality. In scheduling, we administer schedules for Care and Services as well as Support Services.
The Staffing Center consists of 6 permanent employees who work together to handle assignments coming in from various departments. Four employees primarily work with recruitment and staffing, and two employees manage scheduling.
It is a fast-paced environment with a focus on good results and high quality and service level. For us, it is important that candidates, managers, and employees have a positive experience with the Staffing Center. We want to be an attractive employer, including for our temporary staff. Everyone should receive excellent treatment!
Now we are looking for you to work with recruitment and staffing during a regular employee's leave of absence.
Job Responsibilities
As a colleague with us, you will work with administration, recruitment, and staffing in systems such as Bemlo, Varbi, Visma, and the Office package.
You will have contact with our various departments within the municipality, for example, the food service unit, facility maintenance, swimming hall, care and services, support services, preschools, and schools to meet their temporary staffing needs. You will primarily handle cases in the Bemlo system, but we also manage a large portion of our cases via phone and email.
Qualifications
You have at least upper secondary education and experience from administration, staffing, or recruitment. If you also have experience working in the TimeCare Pool or Bemlo system, that is a significant advantage. Strong IT skills are required, as you will work in many different operational systems. You can use the Office package proficiently and express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
We are looking for a responsible person with the capacity to handle a fast pace of work. You are service-oriented, attentive, and cooperative, and you can make independent decisions. You believe it is important to follow routines and processes and enjoy frequent social interactions.
