Within the Social Care Administration, approximately 1,200 dedicated employees work to provide support and care to those who need it in our municipality. Work takes place in elderly care, home care, services for people with disabilities, and social psychiatry, as well as individual and family care. About Bellahöjden: Bellahöjden's home care team operates from Bellevuehemmet and works throughout the Ystad urban area. In daily work, we travel between clients by e-bike, which provides an efficient and sustainable work approach. The work team has special expertise in cognitive diseases and meets people with different support and care needs in their homes. The work involves close contact with clients and their families, as well as close collaboration with colleagues and other professionals. 4 position(s). WORK DUTIES In home care at Ystad Municipality, you will have meaningful, varied, and active work where every day matters! As a nursing assistant with us, you are a key person in our clients' daily lives. You meet people in their own homes and create security and a dignified existence based on their individual needs. Your work duties involve much more than just care and may include: • Provide personal care with respect, warmth, and professionalism. • Support with everyday tasks such as cooking, shopping, cleaning, and laundry. • Create social security through conversation, presence, and engagement. • Perform delegated health and medical care services, such as medication administration. • Work independently with planning your visits. • Be an important link between clients, their families, and colleagues. QUALIFICATIONS To be qualified for this position, you must have: • Training as a nursing assistant with a protected professional title. • Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written (at least passing basic Swedish from grade 9 or SFI D). • Good cycling skills, including e-bike experience. Meriting factors: • Previous experience in care work, home care. • Training and experience with cognitive diseases. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment type: Permanent employment. Duration: Permanent, start date: 2026-10-12. Start date by agreement. Work schedule: Shift work.
