On-Call Alarm Operator Would you like a meaningful and developmental on-call position, perhaps alongside your studies? We are now looking for more hourly employees for our alarm center who want to work at least every other weekend during semesters. Training starts 270112. Your New Challenge The alarm center at Verisure Securitas Direct is the heart of our operations, and as an alarm operator, you have an important and crucial role with us. When an alarm is triggered, your top priority is to create security for our customers, and you are expected to act by analyzing alarm signals and maintaining contact with the customer. During ongoing calls, you collaborate with colleagues and external resources such as police, rescue services, and ambulances. The work is a responsible task at the center of events where you truly make a difference in people's lives. Receiving incoming calls to answer questions and support customers is also a daily part of the role. It is important that you also have good collaboration skills, as you will be working closely with your colleagues. What Do We Offer? Ability to remain calm in stressful situations, such as during actual alarm incidents. Want to Join Our Team? The position is an on-call employment located in pleasant facilities in Linköping. As an alarm operator, you are required to work on-site at the office. An on-call employment means you get a base schedule every other weekend and can also work as needed to strengthen our regular staff at the alarm center. An on-call position suits you if you want a side job alongside other activities, such as studies. The employment begins with a mandatory operator training scheduled for evenings and weekends over 3 weeks, followed by a mentoring period of at least 10 work shifts. After training, you will be scheduled every other weekend on a base schedule. Basic requirements for employment are that you are at least 18 years old. You also need to speak fluent Swedish both verbally and in writing. As we are a certified security company, no criminal record entries are accepted, and therefore a security clearance via the County Administrative Board and a credit check through UC will be conducted.
