About the Operation
We at the psychiatric clinic are a specialist clinic for newly ill and first-time patients with psychiatric issues. We also have follow-up and treatment responsibility for long-term ill patients with primary psychotic illness. We care for individuals aged 18 and above. Services are offered based on a needs-adapted approach with a family and network perspective. Person-centered care and treatment involves a high degree of flexible interventions, which means there is access to several treatment forms that are included in national guidelines as well as care and intervention programs.
At the psychiatric clinic, doctors, nurses, treatment assistants, secretaries, occupational therapist, and psychologist work together. Several have, in addition to their core profession, also psychotherapeutic competence. The work group is characterized by a good work climate with good positive cohesion. We strive to be a versatile, balanced, and responsive work group characterized by collaboration, openness, and accessibility.
As a treatment assistant with us at the psychiatric clinic, you will have an exciting and varied job with a high degree of independence in your work but also in close collaboration with other colleagues at the clinic. The work takes place either at the clinic or in the patient's home. The work is conducted during daytime on weekdays. The position is a permanent full-time employment with start date by agreement.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who:
Are trained as a treatment assistant or nursing assistant
Have training in basic psychotherapy (level 1)
Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
Have a B driving license
It is advantageous if you:
Have work experience from psychiatric outpatient care or equivalent
Have training in case management
