WORK DUTIES In Ockelbo, everything begins with the resident, their needs, and circumstances. We adapt our work to meet residents where they are and when the need exists. We strive for our operations to be flexible with high accessibility, both in terms of working hours and services. This can mean evening and weekend work at certain times. Because the target groups and their life conditions can change quickly, it is important that you have an interest in monitoring the external environment and stay updated. You will have a varied and developmental role where you meet different target groups and work with different types of services. Your main task is to work with treatment, largely on assignments from the adult unit, but assignments related to children and families may also become relevant. Being part of an accessible social services operation also means you will work with services without needs assessment, i.e., residents can contact you directly without a prior investigation. You will work both preventively and therapeutically, and your work duties can include supporting conversations, crisis management, fieldwork, longer-term treatment services, group activities, information services, educational services, etc. You will use evidence-based and manual-based treatment methods in your work. Your responsibilities also include collaboration with external partners. Regular supervision is available and opportunities for individual professional development. Documentation is an important part of the work and is carried out in the Treserva system. QUALIFICATIONS You should have appropriate university education or other adequate education and experience working both independently and in teams, with clear and direct communication with your colleagues and clients. You should have competence in or experience with treatment of harmful substance use and addiction, intimate partner violence, and various family treatment methods. It is meritorious if you have training in one or more evidence-based or proven treatment methods such as MET, KBT, relapse prevention, CRA, twelve-step treatment, SBNT, FFT, Cope, De otroliga åren, Komet and Triple P, Coping Power Program, Dina-programmet, SNAP, BSFT, MDFT, MST, individual KBT-based behavioral and skills training, Tryggare barn, RePulse, Kriminalitet som livsstil, Trappanmodellen, Jag och min familj, Efter barnförhöret, ABC. We place great emphasis on your personal qualifications, ability to treat people with respect, make sound judgments, and contribute to a good team atmosphere. Provisional employment may be applied. The position may involve some travel, so we want you to have a category B driver's license. Employment type: Permanent position. Duration: Permanent, start date: 2026-11-02 or by agreement.
