Eterni is seeking skilled and experienced boat builders who want to help meet the growing demand for well-known and exclusive boats in Västervik
Eterni's client Windy Boats in Västervik is looking for a boat builder. As an employed boat builder at Windy, you will work in Västervik and be part of a team of skilled and competent boat builders. Windy, a well-known brand in the boat industry, develops and manufactures exclusive boats, and as the boats become larger and more technically advanced, you will continuously have the opportunity to grow and learn new things. Boat models range in size from 26 to 77 feet.
WORK RESPONSIBILITIES
The work primarily involves assembling, installing, connecting, and commissioning all equipment on a boat. It also includes various other tasks, such as installing plumbing, engines, steering systems, and hydraulic equipment. We want you to have experience working with boat building. You need to be able to handle power tools and work with installations in boats with high quality. Formal requirements:
• Several years of experience in the industry and experience working professionally with details and millimeter precision
• Good knowledge of and experience with installations on a boat
• You understand, can communicate technical questions, and interpret drawings

ABOUT THE POSITION
The job as a boat builder is a full-time consulting assignment. You will be employed by Eterni and work as a consultant for Windy. After six months, there is a very good opportunity to become directly employed by Windy, provided there is interest in moving to Västervik. For foreign boat builders, housing is available in Västervik. Similarly, housing may be available for those living elsewhere in Sweden with several years of experience as a boat builder.
The ability to work 2-shift schedules is required.
