Bartender at O'Learys Borlänge About the position: As a bartender at O'Learys Borlänge, you will be primarily responsible for serving guests in our bars. You are responsible for creating and serving drinks to our guests according to their preferences and providing guests with a wonderful experience through friendly service and excellent customer care. As a bartender, you will also assist with various aspects of the restaurant such as table service, activities, dishwashing, etc. as needed. Together with the bar manager, you will be responsible for creating a pleasant and fun atmosphere in the bars and driving and developing the bars forward so that our bars function as optimally as possible! Your responsibilities will include: Receive and quality-check goods delivered to the bar Responsible for making drinks ordered at the bar and following recipes Serve bar guests with appropriate drinks and deliver friendly service to guests Actively work with upselling to guests Use measuring glasses for spirits poured Follow bar procedures, checklists, and manuals Keep the bar area clean and tidy, including surfaces and equipment Responsible for not serving minors or guests who are too intoxicated according to alcohol laws Report over-service to a manager or security Responsible for staying updated on new recipes and trends in bartending and implementing and adhering to these together with the bar manager Assist in other parts of the business, such as dishwashing, table service, and at the games reception/bowling computer Desired experience and qualities: Experience from a service profession, preferably from a restaurant/bar, and cash register experience Relationship-building and enjoys working as part of a team Fluent spoken and written Swedish and good knowledge of English Flexible, service-minded, and attentive Does this sound like something for you?
