The preschool has two departments, Biet and Humlan, with children ages 1-3 years. We are now seeking a dedicated childcare provider for a longer temporary position. We would like you to have experience working with the preschool's youngest children and a genuine interest in supporting their learning, development, and well-being. Warmly welcome to apply! 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking a dedicated childcare provider who wants to contribute to a safe, playful, and educational day for the children. You are present, collaborate well, and are passionate about creating good relationships. Your responsibilities include: • together with your colleagues, responsibility for educational work with children ages 1-3 years • constantly work to create a safe, secure, and educational environment that attracts and challenges children to play, activities, and learning • assist with planning, implementation, documentation, and follow-up and evaluation of activities according to established goals and guidelines • work towards a good health-promoting and accessible environment for care, play, physical activity, development, and learning QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: • has a degree from a children and leisure program with a focus on childcare or childcare training via e.g. komvux with at least 1400 credits in combination with another upper secondary degree • is familiar with the preschool curriculum and other governing documents • has good linguistic and communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written • has knowledge of, and experience with, working with digital tools • has experience working with the youngest children in preschool To succeed in the role: • you have the ability to see what needs to be prioritized, are efficient, and use resources to achieve the best results • you inspire confidence and create trust. You have the ability to convey calm and stability • you take initiative in social settings and have the ability to build trust in your professional relationships • you have an unpretentious approach in your collaboration with colleagues, children, and guardians Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: 2026-10-01, end date: 2027-06-30. Working hours: Daytime. You must be able to provide a police background check for work in school or preschool.
