We work based on Maria Montessori's pedagogy, where children are given freedom with responsibility and encouraged to help themselves. About the Position Together with your colleagues on the team, you plan, follow up, document, analyze, and evaluate the activities systematically and continuously so that it develops in accordance with the curriculum's goals and the preschool's governing documents. You work in a close team together with dedicated colleagues and contribute to a joyful, safe, and developmental environment for the children. You actively participate in the development of the activities and have the opportunity to influence content and methods. We Are Looking for You Are a Child Care Provider with experience. Have genuine passion for children's development and learning and create contexts and learning environments that inspire wonder. Are skilled at building trusting and secure relationships. Can apply your knowledge in a responsible and playful manner. Have knowledge/training in or are curious about Montessori pedagogy. Are organized, confident, and attentive in your leadership. Have knowledge and interest in outdoor education. Want to contribute to a collegial and positive work environment. Can work independently, enjoy collaborating within a team, and contribute to a good work environment. Good computer skills and strong Swedish language proficiency.
