Together with preschool teachers and other colleagues, you work to create a safe and stimulating environment where each child has the opportunity to develop based on their own circumstances. In your role as a childcare worker, you will, among other things: Be a safe and present adult in the children's daily life. Actively participate in educational activities and planned activities. Support children's development, learning, and social interaction. Create good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. Contribute to a safe, inspiring, and inclusive learning environment. Participate in daily work on the unit and in the preschool's common activities. Collaborate with the team to develop services based on children's needs and interests. What You Need to Bring Requirements Childcare worker certification or equivalent education Experience working in a preschool You have strong commitment to children's development and learning. You are confident in your professional role, take responsibility, and work well with others. We'd like to see that you are: Positive, engaged, and solution-oriented. Confident and clear in interactions with children. Responsive to children's needs, thoughts, and ideas. Responsible and flexible. Someone who contributes to a good work environment. Employment Type, Scope, and Start Date Employment Type: Fixed-term employment Scope: Part-time 60-75% Start Date: Start according to agreement until 261231 with possibility for extension. For this role, the starting salary is normally between 24000-29000 kr depending on experience and competence. For permanent positions, a probationary period may apply.
