About CREATIVE KIDS FÖRSKOLA/PRESCHOOL Creative Kids Förskola/Preschool is a Swedish/English speaking preschool. At our preschool, we work thematically to stimulate children's early learning. Through joyful, exploratory and creative activities, we create conditions for development, curiosity and a lifelong interest in learning. We also organize many cultural outings, such as visits to theaters and museums. With us, you will work in a small and family-like preschool with small groups of children. We currently have approximately 32 children at the preschool distributed across two departments, which creates good conditions for close relationships with both children and guardians. You will be part of a dedicated team together with two experienced and competent educators. The preschool is located in a very good area with a tram stop right outside, making it easy to get to and from work. About You: We are looking for you who are fluent in Swedish and master the language both verbally and in writing. If you also speak fluent English, this is an asset since we are a bilingual multicultural preschool. We are looking for you who are a dedicated and positive person and who sees the added value in a small preschool. We would like to see that you have previous experience with documentation and have good knowledge of working with the preschool's curriculum. As a person, you are humble yet driven and curious and find it easy to collaborate with your colleagues and all the children at the preschool. We would like to see that you have a Childcare Worker education or equivalent training. Our preschool places great emphasis on "approach", so that each child is met where they are right now. Every child should feel seen every day. We see each child as competent, curious and full of desire to discover and learn. Our goal is to develop and adapt our environment based on the child's needs.
