JOB DUTIES
A childcare worker has an important role in creating a safe and developmental everyday environment for children in preschool. Through care, play, and pedagogical activities, the childcare worker supports children's learning, curiosity, and social development. The task includes collaborating with colleagues and guardians, contributing to a positive and inclusive environment, and ensuring that each child feels seen, safe, and encouraged to develop according to their own conditions.

• Knowledge of child development, learning, and needs.

For this position, childcare worker training or other equivalent education is required, as well as the ability to work in accordance with the preschool's mission, values, and governing documents.
