Caregiver Assistant Needed for 9-Year-Old Girl!

Alma Assistans is a dedicated company that works in collaboration with clients to create personalized assistance. We work closely with our clients and know that strong relationships are key to well-functioning care assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with offices in Uppsala, Jönköping, Ulricehamn, Malmö, Helsingborg, and Växjö. We are currently looking for you to work with a 9-year-old girl in Jönköping. The girl enjoys being read to and loves music. We particularly welcome female applicants with experience in feeding tubes, PEG tubes, inhalers, and epilepsy management. The girl has significant care needs. We believe that the person we're looking for is someone passionate about working with people and who can prioritize others' needs. As a person, you are attentive, solution-focused, proactive, and flexible. If you still have your childlike spirit, that's an extra plus. It is advantageous if you have experience or education in child care, healthcare and social services, or education. However, most importantly, we're looking for someone with the desire and commitment to communicate with children. There is an opportunity for approximately 50% scheduled hours with shifts every other week on alternating weeks Monday and Tuesday day shifts Wednesday and Saturday evening shifts Selection and recruitment will be ongoing throughout the posting period.
