About the Role As a children's and youth instructor, you'll lead movement classes for children of different ages on weekends. You set the tone in the group—with joy, enthusiasm, and a sense of safety. Classes are held in course format for approximately 14 weeks per term (fall/spring), including trial sessions and final performances. You'll typically teach 1–3 classes per weekend, depending on the club's needs.
