Every new hire at Moneta has a buddy - a senior colleague who will help you in the first months with anything you're unsure about Once you have everything under control, you'll take care of your own clients, advising them on everything they need in their life situation while actively selling bank products and services You will actively seek business opportunities with your clients, identifying how to properly tailor their products and services You will become the face of our bank to your clients, and together with the entire team, you'll create a pleasant atmosphere at the branch that our clients will be happy to return to What can't you do without? Secondary education with a diploma and computer skills are non-negotiable We're here for clients, so we need a desire to help, come up with suitable solutions, and simply be there with everything they need in the financial sector What would make us happy? If you've previously worked in banking, sales, or customer service Without legally required certifications - if you're new to banking, no problem. We'll train you for all exams after you join, and we'll also give you 5 days off each year to prepare or pursue further education What can you look forward to with us?
