Baker/Pastry Chef

Mya's Bageri in Pershagen, Södertälje is seeking an experienced and independent baker/pastry chef who can start immediately. We are a small production bakery where we bake for deliveries to businesses and to our café in Solna Centrum. We are therefore looking for you who enjoys working in a smaller bakery, can work independently and take responsibility for daily production. Your tasks will include: Baking bread and sourdough bread Buns, baked goods and pastries Sandwich cakes as needed Preparation and planning of production Ensuring good quality of our products Cleaning and following hygiene and food safety procedures We are looking for you who have previous experience in bakery and/or pastry work. It is important that you can work independently, are responsible and can plan production according to our orders.
