Baker needed at Pezzo – every other weekend and full-time temporary position.
Pezzo is a café and bakery in the heart of Midsommarkransen. We're looking for a dedicated and skilled baker to join our team.
The position starts with work every other weekend, beginning by agreement. During this period, you'll have the opportunity to get to know the operation, our products, and our routines. From February through September 2027, the position transitions to a full-time temporary role to cover our regular baker during his parental leave. There may also be opportunities for continued work after the temporary assignment ends.
About the Role
As a baker with us, you'll be responsible for preparing and baking bread, pastries, and other baked goods for the café's daily sales. Your work will include:
• Preparing doughs, fillings, and other ingredients
• Baking bread, pastries, and other baked goods
• Planning production based on the café's needs
• Ensuring consistent high quality
• Following hygiene, cleaning, and food safety routines
• Keeping the bakery clean and organized
• Collaborating with other team members at Pezzo
We're Looking for Someone Who:
• Has experience working as a baker or relevant training
• Can work independently and take responsibility for production
• Is careful, efficient, and quality-conscious
• Enjoys practical work in a fast-paced environment
• Is reliable and punctual
• Works well with others and contributes to a positive atmosphere
• Can communicate in Swedish or English
Above all, we're looking for the right person – someone who loves the craft, takes responsibility, and wants to develop with us.
Working hours are primarily early mornings and daytime. Weekend work is included.
