About the Role As a Senior Azure Consultant, you will be a key member of a senior team helping enterprise customers develop, secure, and future-proof their Microsoft-based cloud environments. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong expertise in Azure infrastructure and architecture with confidence in consultative client dialogue. You will work on project-based assignments with varying clients, often managing multiple customer engagements in parallel. This may involve analyzing existing Azure environments, identifying risks and cost optimization opportunities, developing improvement plans, or designing and implementing modern solutions in governance, security, and identity. You will be involved throughout the entire delivery cycle, from advisory and analysis to practical implementation. Example Responsibilities: Analyze customer Azure environments and identify improvement areas, risks, and cost optimization opportunities. Develop action plans and drive improvements in areas such as cost optimization, logging, and monitoring. Develop automated governance frameworks using Bicep, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure DevOps. Automate infrastructure and deployment through Infrastructure as Code. Implement secure solutions for identity and access, such as RBAC, PIM, and management group hierarchies. Qualifications and Traits To thrive in this role, you are confident and unpretentious, and you enjoy collaborating with other specialists. You have a clear customer focus, communicate professionally, and can explain complex technical topics in an understandable way. Since the role involves multiple parallel assignments, you also need to be organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing numerous points of contact. We would like you to have experience in several of the areas below, but you do not need to meet all requirements. The most important thing is that you have a solid foundation in Azure infrastructure, a security-conscious approach, and a commitment to continuing to develop with the team and customers. In addition, you have: Deep expertise in Azure governance, security, and identity. Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation. Good understanding of Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected Framework. Experience designing solutions in complex enterprise environments. Experience driving improvements in cost, compliance, and operations. Experience working closely with customers and leading consulting deliveries. Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written. Meritorious: Certifications in Microsoft Azure, such as AZ-104 and AZ-305.
