Be part of building the access control systems of the future! Axema Access Control is a Swedish technology company founded in 1992 that develops innovative solutions for security and access control. From our headquarters in Stockholm, we develop both hardware and software – including the well-known VAKA® system, which is used for access control, door phones, digital information displays, and booking systems in multi-family residential buildings, commercial properties, and public spaces throughout Sweden. During 2024, we launched VAKA® Online, a cloud-based platform built on Microsoft Azure that connects the VAKA system to the cloud. The platform continues to grow, and we are therefore looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Developer who wants to become part of our agile team. Together with experienced developers and colleagues from different parts of the company, you will continue building the platform that connects thousands of doors and users in real-world environments every day. About You As a person, you thrive in a team where you plan, build, and solve problems together. You are curious, humble, and enjoy improving things over time; from code quality and testing to operability and stability. Sharing knowledge, brainstorming ideas, and learning from your colleagues are natural parts of how you work. We believe you also have: Several years of experience developing cloud-based applications in Azure with C#/.NET A degree in computer science, systems development, or similar Knowledge of working with Azure's various features, such as Azure Functions, App Services, Storage, Cosmos DB, Event Grid, etc. Experience with event-driven architecture and modern approaches in software development If you also have experience with Blazor or modern .NET-based frontend frameworks, or experience with access control systems or security systems, we consider that a plus!
