About the role You'll be part of our category team for Road and Parks. The role combines responsibility for Road contracts with specialist responsibility for pavement works. The majority of your work will be connected to the pavement area. You'll support municipalities and regions in the use and monitoring of our contracts and serve as an expert when technical understanding, business considerations, and contract expertise need to meet. You'll also contribute your specialist knowledge in upcoming procurements and the development of future contracts. The assignment involves both ensuring well-functioning management of existing contracts and contributing to new procurements and agreements. Together with our customers and suppliers, we want to contribute to a market with good quality, fair pricing, transparency, and healthy competition. This gives you the opportunity to apply your pavement industry experience to issues affecting many of Sweden's municipalities and regions. What you'll be doing You'll, among other things: manage, monitor, and develop road area contracts provide qualified support to municipalities and regions in contract calls and contract monitoring serve as Adda's specialist in pavement works and contribute your expertise in upcoming procurements interpret and apply construction and contract terms and monitor requirements, prices, and quality conduct qualified dialogues with customers and suppliers contribute to business efficiency, healthy competition, and efficient use of public funds Who we're looking for We're looking for you with several years of experience in pavement works. You have good practical understanding of what's required for pavement work to be ordered, executed, and followed up with the right quality. You have experience with contract management, contract monitoring, and contract interpretation, as well as knowledge of LOU and construction law. You're also well-versed in relevant standard contracts and technical regulations in the field, such as AB 04, ABT, AMA Anläggning, MER Anläggning, and relevant requirements and guidelines from Trafikverket. Experience from municipal operations, such as roads, infrastructure, or similar client organizations and/or supplier side is a merit. For success in the role You have good judgment and can balance technical conditions, contracts, economics, and various interests into well-founded assessments. With integrity, you stand for factuality and objectivity, even when different interests conflict. You analyze complex issues and find solutions that work in practice. You communicate clearly and can make complex contract matters understandable for both ordering customers and suppliers. You also have a strategic perspective and see long-term consequences and development opportunities.
