About the role As an advisor, you support, inspire, and guide our customers in their work to develop their operations and systematic workplace environment management. Our customers' needs vary depending on size, industry, and internal challenges, but what they all have in common is that they can safely rely on us as a stable partner. Duties and areas of responsibility Customer responsibility & advisory: Manage your own customer portfolio, schedule and conduct meetings, and follow up on customer activities. Provide proactive and expert advice based on customer needs and wishes. Drive development processes: Help customers with planning and progress in their business development and systematic workplace environment management. Collaboration with Health Centers: To some extent, manage orders and maintain contact with our Health Centers regarding pricing, quotes, and matters related to your customer portfolio. Digital support: Help customers navigate our Mitt Avonova platform and answer basic system questions. Business development: Actively contribute to developing your customer portfolio and identify cross-selling opportunities with existing customers. Administration: Document and organize information in our CRM system HubSpot and journal system J4. Who are you? We're looking for someone with strong self-motivation who takes responsibility for your tasks and works in a structured manner. You're a star at communicating both verbally and in writing, with an honest and trustworthy approach. You're attentive to customer needs and skilled at conducting relevant needs analyses. Additionally, you navigate digital systems easily and have a knack for learning new tools quickly. Qualifications and merits Experience in business development, systematic workplace environment management, and/or HR-related matters, preferably combined with customer relations and service. It is a merit if you have previously worked with advisory, coaching, and business development. We would like to see experience in interpreting legislation and regulations (such as the Work Environment Act and LAS). Great weight is placed on personal suitability.
