The Station Department Borås/Skövde and Kungsbacka/Göteborg operates within the voltage range of 0.4–400 kV with maintenance, projects, and fault resolution in switchgear, control equipment, and other electrical power equipment. Our customers are mainly industries and some major energy companies. As Department Manager, you have overall responsibility for operations, employees, work environment, and results for a department with approximately 25 employees. You lead the operations through project managers, service managers, project support, and electrical technicians and create conditions for safe, efficient, and profitable delivery. We are in an expansion phase with good opportunities for continued growth, and you will have an important role in developing both our operations and business. Examples of Areas of Responsibility Lead, coach, and develop employees and managers in the operation Ensure a good work environment and high safety focus Responsible for budget, forecasts, results, and operational monitoring Build long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities Participate in procurement, tender work, and contract negotiations Drive improvement initiatives and develop working methods for increased quality and efficiency You report to the Business Area Manager Stations South and are part of a management group with ten colleague managers. You build good relationships, collaborate naturally with different stakeholders, and have the ability to convert goals into results without compromising on safety or work environment.
