Vattenfall Services is Sweden's leading contracting company in the energy and power sector, and we develop Sweden's energy infrastructure! We need more energy heroes, and now we're looking for two Division Managers who want to join the journey! Is that you? Together we make a difference for society as a whole. The Station Divisions in Borås/Skövde and Kungsbacka/Göteborg work within the voltage range 0.4–400 kV with maintenance, projects, and fault correction in switchgear, control facilities, and other electrical equipment. Our customers are mainly industrial companies and a few larger energy companies. As a Division Manager, you have overall responsibility for operations, staff, work environment, and results for a division with approximately 25 employees. You lead the operation through project managers, service managers, project support staff, and power engineers, and create the conditions for safe, efficient, and profitable delivery. We are in an expansive phase with good opportunities for continued growth, and you'll have an important role in developing both our operations and our business. Examples of Areas of Responsibility Lead, coach, and develop employees and managers in the operation Ensure a good work environment and a strong focus on safety Responsible for budget, forecasts, results, and operational monitoring Build long-term relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities Participate in procurement, bid work, and contract negotiations Drive improvement efforts and develop working methods for increased quality and efficiency You report to the Business Area Manager Stations South and are part of a management group with ten management colleagues. Here you'll have the opportunity to influence both your own operations and the development of the business area as a whole. Job Requirements Are You the Right Fit?
